Women's Wellness Sunflower Retreat 2014 "Empowering Women's personal evolution for a healthy and meaningful life!"

In 2014 I hosted a women's retreat in Los Altos hills of Californian with of over 100 women in attendance. A women's inspirational day filled with motivation, creative workshops and networking. The experience included motivational speakers, cooking classes, crafts, self defense, and genealogy. So many women are incredible at giving to others, but when it comes to giving to themselves, they don't take the time or know how to it. This day was designed to do something new and fun with fellow girlfriends, sisters, mothers, daughters, aunts and grandmothers supporting feminine energy and strength.
