Cancellation Policy

In order to maintain fairness to our practitioners and the effort they put forth to prepare for each session, we have established the following No Refund Policy. Once a participant is registered for a session, there will be no refunds or credits given for any reason.

Cancellation of Session by Slice of Heaven Wellness:
In the unlikely event that the Slice of Heaven Wellness must cancel a session, all registered participants will be notified and we will happily issue you a full refund or apply a credit towards another session at a future date.

Transfer of Registration:
Your ticket is valid only for the date and time purchased. You are welcome to give your ticket to another person if you cannot make the event you have a ticket for. We do not offer refunds or transfers to another date. Session registrations cannot be transferred with notice. If you cannot make a session, the registered participant's name can be changed up until the day of the session. You must notify me of the person's name taking your place and their contact information by sending us an email to (xxx). The person taking your place will need to sign a paper waiver at the door so make sure they arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.

Acts of God and Nature:
Slice of Heaven Wellness cannot be held responsible for events beyond our control or for any unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule the session as soon as possible and your registration fee will be carried over to the new date.

No Show Policy:
If a registered participant fails to attend a session, no refunds or credits will be given.

Event Modifications:
Slice of Heaven Wellness reserves the right to make minor changes to the event schedule without notice. Such changes do not entitle participants to a refund. By registering for a session with Slice of Heaven Wellness, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms of our Cancellation, No Refund Policy. Sound Bath Etiquette

    • Be Kind and Courteous: We're all in this together to create a welcoming environment. Let's treat everyone with respect and kindness.
    • No Hate Speech or Bullying: Make sure everyone feels safe. Bullying of any kind isn't allowed, and degrading comments about things like race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender or identity will not be tolerated.
    • Come Fragrance-Free: Please join us without strong scents to ensure everyone's comfort.
    • Eyes Closed: Most of our events aim to help you go inwards, so "eyes closed/eye masks on" is encouraged.
    • Cell Phones Off: Fully switch off cell phones and store them in a cubby for an uninterrupted experience.
    • Respect the Instruments & Crystals: Please admire our sound bath instruments and crystals from a distance, but do not touch them.
    • Arrive Early: Arrive 15 minutes early so you are ready at the start time.
    • Embrace Silence: Please do not talk during the sound bath. Save conversations for before or after the session.
    • Clear Mind and Body: Come alcohol and substance free to fully embrace the sound bath experience.
    • Snoring: If you snore, lying on your side can help keep the serene ambiance for everyone. Anti-snoring nose strips may also help.
    • Special Considerations: If you have any concerns or specific needs that might prevent you from following these guidelines, please email us before signing up to ensure we can accommodate you.
