Enjoy the healing elements of a private sound bath. This sound bath meditation will include guided meditation and sound bath with different instruments such as, quartz crystal singing bowls, and chimes. It includes setting an intention and energy healing. Sound has the ability to affect the body on all levels: physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, allowing the body to rest and heal. There will be time afterwards to share in your sound bath experience and ask questions if desired!
